I know that their web page is still not up. I tell you that their design is so beautiful, with Italian romance and art. It is the way to start a new hi-end audio company. I think that Chinese audio companies should learn from this company, do their own design with Chinese arts, furniture design and Chinese brush painting. Zhang YiMo showed the world at the 2008 Beijing Olympics our Chinese culture, history and art, in a grand scale.
Though that the understanding of music is different between the people of different countries, but there are certain elements of the music people will all enjoy at the same level.
Can Chinese audio companies make world-class audio products with look and sound? Frankly, I have same doubt. Chinese designs are very flash but with out meat, that mean you look first it is attractive, you look long it is boring. Same thing with the sound, even worse.
Hi-end audio design, look and sound, is an art. Hope to see some good Chinese designed audio products in the near future, as all the manufactures became more mature. |
